Over the weekend we spotted a chipmunk running about the backyard. It turns out he is living in our sandbox, which should give it a good use since the boys never play in it.

I have been falling behind on my posts, but I have gotten my laptop at home back up and running so I should be able to resume regular posts now. This week I am planning to hit the driving range in preparation for a St. Pat's Golf Tournament Friday. We're keeping our fingers crossed that the weather will cooperate. Last year we won $650 when David holed out for an eagle, which ended up being the only skin for the entire tournament. Fat chance we'll be so lucky this year, but we'll always want to play in this particular tournament hoping to win big again.

Next week I am all about basketball. I am not too busy at work right now, but a hectic schedule looms so I need to enjoy as much personal time as I can before then. I am taking off part (if not all) of the day Thursday and Friday to soak up all of the games. Thursday afternoon I am making my way downtown to watch the NAIA tournament with my high school friend Jeremy. I think we have been doing this about every year since I moved to KC, so it is becoming tradition. Friday I will probably head home late morning to set up in front of my new HDTV and enjoy the NCAA tournament. Can't wait!
