Picnic

We picked up a picnic table this weekend in hopes to use it early and often this spring. We love to get outside and now that the boys are both big enough to sit and eat without booster seats a picnic table was the perfect thing. It was basically assembled the way we bought it, so in five minutes we had it together and ready to stain. I had some stain in the basement that I went ahead and used to prolong the life of the table. We were even able to use the table for dinner tonight and with 70's the next few days we'll likely get to use it one or two more times this week.

We got plenty of fresh air this weekend. The boys love exploring the backyard. Brett plays in the sandbox and Brady climbs on the dog house. They keep saying they want a tree house. I'm not sure we have an ideal spot, but we'll have to keep it in mind. It would be a fun little project.
