1200 Miles

What a beautiful day! It is looking like this could be the nicest week of the year. I rode in early this morning and back home at lunch to get things ready to take the family to the Royals game tonight. On the way back I hit 600 miles for the year and 1200 miles since I began commuting last August. There is only about a week before the bike race and a couple more until the team triathlon I am riding in. Hoping I am in shape for both!
